Spring Break offers a great opportunity to get geared up for our campus fitness program. In order to set ourselves up for success, we will establish a way to track our health habits and stay connected with each other. My Fitness Pal provides a way to do both! Remember, participation is voluntary. If you complete all of the following goals before we return from Spring Break on Monday, March 16th you will receive a FLY FREE PASS!Goals: 1. Create an account with My Fitness Pal if you don't already have one - it's free. 2. Create your own personal goals using My Fitness Pal. 2. Join the Beaty Butterfly group. 3. Log 3 consecutive days in your food diary.
