Track It or Back Track

Are you ready to challenge yourself and hold yourself accountable? Studies show that tracking your progress is a great way to motivate yourself towards your goals while supporting others at the same time! We want you to be successful so we’ve developed a colorfully detailed Google Sheet just for this group.

This group will officially started on August 2, 2015; but you can join any time. We plan to keep this group running for as long as we have active members and as long as MFP is still around. Whenever you join - just make sure to click on the appropriate spreadsheet for the week you join (each week is a different one).

What to Expect

Encourage fellow members respectfully whenever you can

What You Will Be Tracking:
Weight – once at the beginning of the week and then at the end (Sunday – Saturday)
Mood – daily
Water – daily
Under Calories – daily
Exercise by Categories – daily
Overall Weekly Progress Satisfaction – weekly

*Send a PM (private message) to either of the group leaders if you have trouble with the Google Sheet. Please make every effort to log in daily or every other day – the more often you do this, the more it’ll become a habit so you can hold yourself accountable (the purpose of this group).
