1. Keep it clean. No nasty language allowed here.
2. No Judgement Zone: No name calling, diet bashing, etc... this is a safe place to speak.
3. Be funny, sad, real, etc...and share as much or little as you like.
4. Feel welcome always!
5. Inactive members will be removed after a period of one year from their last group post.
