Trying to lose weight or build?
Just a question what are your goals on here? i started by wanting to lose weight. Went from 18 stone to 13"8 now am trying to build muscle along side with my boxing.
Note re: Traneing UFC
When you train, don't put that you did 3 hours training if you were in a 3 hour class. Just put your "on" time where you're actually rolling or drilling escapes or actually sweating.
