Helllllllooooooooooo out there!!!!!! I just had my baby 10 days ago!!! :) So I've been MIA for approximately 40 weeks ;) I'm ready to get my body back and rock a bikini next summer!!!!! Who's with me???
I think Eva Longoria and Victoria Beckham are smoking hot!!! They both inspire me to watch my diet. But, I would like to have more muscle than they do :)
What are your favorite workouts??? I'm a mother to a 22 month old toddler, so I do home workout DVD's. I love high energy workouts and upbeat music, so Turbo Jam (kick boxing/cardio) and Turbo Fire (interval training/cardio) are my faves!!! But I also do step aerobics and treadmill.
What are your goals??? Weight loss? Fitness? Toning? Mine are all of the above!!!
