About Me:
Covid came along and at first I put on weight. Then I shook my head and said forget this. I am now down almost 20 lbs since it started. I walk every day and lately have been getting in about 20,000 steps a day although my goal is 15,000.
Why I want to get in shape:
To feel healthier and be healthier To fit my clothes better
