About Me:
After having good success with MFP pursuing weight loss goals, I gained back most all of what I had lost. Too much time behind a keyboard, not enough exercise, and too much fast food over an extended period of time were the reasons I regained my weight. Fundamentally, however, it's our decisions which lead us to where we are. And so, I've recommitted to getting back into a health weight range with proper calorie intake and exercise.
Why I want to get in shape:
I feel better and more confident when in shape. I look more presentable to clients, friends, family, and others. I really want to avoid the health issues associated with obesity.
