Why I want to get in shape:

I Have always been on that thin line between being a big (muscular guy) and the fat guy and I ending up taking the route of the "Fat guy". My daughter was born last April, and while being the little love of my life, I ended up gaining all of my weight back due to stress. She suffers from Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) and the road to find out what she had took a toll my my body & mind. As a parent, you tend to be more warred about your children over yourself. Sh is doing great with her chemo treatments as nothing is wrong and I know have to again take care of myself if I want to be a last figure in her life. I love eating healthy and exercising, but stress creeps up to the junk food. It's time to stick to the plan and commit. 08/25/2017
