Want to have fun counting calories, having some creative meals, and some imaginative workouts? Well this is the challenge for you!
Challenge Rules:
• Log each day on your island and what you did. Example: Day 1 - Found a birds nest and a pineapple. Had 2 eggs this morning along with some berries, etc! Located a drinkable water source and drank 30oz before noon. (Noting calories is optional)
• Log your walking: Scouted the island and walked 2 miles.
• Logging Workouts: Did you do a 30 min workout? Congrats you built a shelter! You can be as creative with these as you’d like.
• No processed foods! If you cheat you have to log it as “______ washed up on shore.” Or some other fun way to describe how you found this food.
• The end goal of this challenge is to have a good time!
