  • I did my treadmill 5k today as promised. My time was 27:50 so right where I expected to be at a 9 min pace. My time might be a little off because I was walking to get set up and once I started running I covered the treadmill so I wouldn’t stare at it and forgot to look at how long I walked only how far.
