When I drink it iced, I drink it black. When hot, the first cup with some kind of creamer, 2 measured tablespoons, and any cup thereafter is black. I weigh and measure my food regularly but I don't log often anymore.

Check out Bret Contreras. He's got a few books out, and a web page. Honestly, at first, I would stick with the Stronglifts 5x5 plus hip thrusts for a good 3 months and then switch completely to Bret Contreras' program. Get the basics right first and then incorporate more. Watch videos on Youtube and work on form every time.

I've lost weight with just exercise. I've lost weight with just diet. I've gained weight while exercising and overeating. You're eating more than you think. Get better about calculating what you're eating instead of winging it.
