protein shakes & protein bars at times also. spinach, kale, green leafies, cucumber. a big salad with some grilled chicken or hard boiled eggs & veggies & light dressing like balsamic or vinaigrette is very good

Start small & keep going. Improvements add up, just keep at them! You can do it. If you notice you did something you "shouldn"t have," just take it as a lesson learned/something to improve upon & keep going. Tomorrow is a new day :smile:

I was in WW for a few months, 3 years ago. I lost 24 pounds while I was in but didn't like their point system either. After I quit, someone once told me that 1 WW point is about equal to 50 calories. I don't think WW takes into consideration one's activity level -- they just assign a certain number of points somehow?

Thank you for the article! It is hard sometimes to explain the differences in sugars to people. HFCS is something I definitely avoid whenever possible, because your body processes it differently as well as the whole GMO craziness. That can take such a toll on a person's body.

Yep, a lot of that sugary carby stuff (including pasta, which I love) causes me crazy desires to eat more following that slump.
