Could it be a mind game? Meaning since you don't have a record of what you've eaten your mind is messing with you that you are still hungry?

I flew Delta once or twice a year between '09 and '12 at that height and weight and never had to buy a second seat. I didn't require an extender either. I agree with the comment above that the folks next to me probably didn't like me but I got an aisle seat and did my best to stay in my space. I just flew again for the…

I totally understand wanting to lose 2/week. But as you move forward remember that success at 1/week that you keep doing is better in the long run that a short sprint of 2/week that you burn out of and quit. 1200/day can be a grind and can be hard to sustain. 1700/day is a breeze:) Good luck!

Daily chocolate that also meets my protein needs is my way to "have my cake and eat it too". Zone bar or other high protein bar that's yummy and "hits" chocolate and protein buttons. Win win in my book. Over the past 18 months the bar I choose has changed but the strategy stays the same.

If I were you I'd turn this thinking around. Hopefully you've got about 45 more years to enjoy that 'much lighter' self. There really is no end to what you're doing if that is your goal!
