I noticed my workouts stopped syncing. I added the My Fitness pal calorie widget to my garmin dashboard and there is a sync option there, then my workouts transfer to MFP

I would suggest trying to change up your gym time for a time until your body gets used to working out. Make sure you incorporate some good rest days in. I have been using Garmin for awhile now with no major problems. Started with the forerunner 305 and now use 910xt with the hard strap.

I would try and schedule meals for awhile within your calorie limit. Try for a week and make sure you eat the calories you scheduled at the specific times. My normal day is breakfast 300-400 cals, snack around 10am, 200ish calories, lunch around 12 500ish, 2pm 200ish, dinner around 5pm 500ish calories, 7pm around 100-200…
