I always eat what it recommends without including exercise. On exercise days I let hunger dictate if I eat back any of those, but I never eat back more than half of my exercise calories. I have lost around 50lbs in around 5 and half months following that plan

I'd recommend a power rack and olympic bar if you don't already have one over a bow flex.

Without being able to see your diary, I would suggest eat more during the day and make plans for something sweet at night. Then you don't deprive yourself of something you enjoy and instead of dreading the evening you can look forward to it when you get to eat your planned sweet snack.

I don't think you could ever go wrong replacing a protein shake with whole foods. A lot of people drink shakes because it is quick and easy to pack for an on the go protein source. I have never heard it is better for you in any way over food.

I personally quit drinking soda completely. I found if i had easy access to it, I would drink it mindlessly. Diet Dr Pepper was usually what I bought. Also I would drink it later in the evening and the caffeine made it harder for me to sleep well. I had a hard time restricting to just a little bit daily so I removed it. It…

It kind of depends how much weight you are losing weekly. If its .5 pounds a week maybe up by 250 a day and see how that goes for a couple weeks.

You should not increase weight if you miss a single rep on any of the 5 sets for a given lift. If you miss a rep 3 different work outs in a row for that exercise you should consider de-loading by 10% and work you way back up. It is in the FAQ section towards the bottom of the page stronglifts.com/5x5/

900 grams is almost 2 pounds, so thats about .5 pounds a week. depending on goals that is a decent rate of loss. Its unlikely your gaining muscle if you are eating at a deficit.
-
You can lose weight by eating at a calorie deficit. No belly dancing needed. However I love watching it so the more belly dancers in the world the better.

If money is not a huge issue I would consider a Garmin 910xt or 920xt. While these do not use HR while in the water. I am not sure how Polar does HR in the water but the Garmin devices recognize stroke type, count laps for you, and show you a detailed swimming breakdown by interval or laps. The calories for swimming are…
