Actually, since I started eating a portion of my exercise calories, I started feeling better because I could eat more, and the weight seems to come off easier. Probably because I'm happier.

Very late check in for me today. Have been running around all day, but still not 10K steps. GRRRR. I'm pretty excited that I have had two bouts of grumpiness in the past month or so and have been able to avoid turning to food for comfort. That is such a huge challenge. That's how it is for me :) They offer 24 hour access because it's so small and not staffed. It's 4 blocks from my house. So pretty awesome!

I know nothing about that. However, I have been sticking to just my allotted 1200 cals for the past 3 weeks, exercising and losing a pound a week. I read a thread about eating exercise calories and several people explained that MFP already sets you at a deficit so you can eat them. Most people eat about 75% of theirs. Sooo…

I may or may not be out of town that weekend. If not, I might be interested. I'm a bit concerned because I have been suffering from Plantar Fascitis. Didn't walk much at all during the holidays/January trying to let it heal. I have been walking about 5 miles a day most of March, so hoping a hike wouldn't create a set back.
