I would get a tall skinny hazelnut latte. IMO the sugar free hazelnut syrup has less of an aftertaste than the sugar free vanilla syrup. That's the only special low cal drink I get.

Fantastic! Just the sort of information I wanted. Thank you!

OP, don't change your eating habits for him. His expectations are completely unreasonable. You can't have a sandwich when he's not even at home? It sounds like he doesn't want to be on this diet. I suggest he focus on basic portion control. Eat only half the food on his plate at a restaurant. Fill up the cereal bowl…

I'm a woman, 5'4" and weigh 130 lbs. I eat 1,400-1,600 calories a day and that's a deficit. I also think 1,300 is way too low. I agree that you should build up your pecs and quit trying to cut. You don't need to get skinnier at this point. You need to build more muscle.

^^ This. Often my feelings of hunger were psychological. Some were triggered by wanting certain foods in my mouth (purely in my head) and others when I noticed my stomach didn't feel completely full. Your stomach shouldn't feel completely full all of the time! It's better to wait until you're feeling some real physical…

Yes! The Babybel cheeses last without refrigeration.
-
I feel best with between 7 and 9 hours. Sleep deprivation is not pretty on me.
-
All I have to add is cheese. Some types don't require refrigeration like Gouda and Brie. Bring crackers and apples/pears to accompany it.

I would shop around then. Take a bunch of different classes until you find one where the workout and the instructor make you feel good about going.
-
I would choose Pilates. That said, the quality of every class depends on the expertise of the instructor so try going to a few different types of classes and see which workouts suit you best. You seem to have a lot of options there!

Cadbury creme eggs. So delicious.

Well, I have to agree with the others here. If I had a discharge in my urine I would run to the hospital or the clinic as soon as possible. That said, it sounds like you recently saw the doctor and were given the meds and then had problems taking them? If that's the case ... Is your anxiety preventing you from keeping the…

I would get the Lycra pants and a lightweight jacket with a pocket for your cell phone. I'm sure others on here will have suggestions for special chafing products though!

Happy Scale for weight. Sloth to motivate me to do things (including cardio). Clue to track my period. Evernote for recipes.

I understand where you're coming from. I ended an 8 year relationship when I was 25. When they're all you've known your adult life then the prospect of having to be independent is intimidating. I just want you to know that change can be a good thing and you can be happier afterwards. You can take your time making this…

You're not the problem. When you're in a relationship that flounders then that's on both and neither of you. You can't try to place blame. Don't accept someone else placing blame. At this point (after several attempts at counseling and 12 years together) the relationship clearly doesn't work. It doesn't matter why it…

I'm on 1200/day. Plus I eat back 50-75% of exercise calories. Most days I have around 1400 of food so right where you are. I eat "junk food" almost every day. Usually sweets. Everybody develops their own strategy - maybe the really light salad will work for you. I usually don't skimp a lot on earlier meals unless I'm…

We are hot beverage soul mates.

IMO you should lift. Go to barre once a week if you enjoy it. I went to barre for almost 4 years, 3-5 times a week. The women in your class who look great were like that when they started. I began going a few months after one of the first studios in my city opened so I saw the women who came to class for the first time and…

Exactly this.

Here are my favorites, although I probably forgot some: Thin mints Samoas Cadbury creme eggs Cheddar and table water crackers Cheddar and table water crackers and jam Cheddar and apples Milk chocolate Brie and grapes Brie Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream Popcorn with butter and nutritional yeast Baby carrots…

Nimble fingers and a dirty mind.

I don't use the term "junk food". In the last few weeks I've been eating things like Girl Scout cookies, ice cream, chocolate, etc. every day. I just check it fits my calories. I'm eating at a deficit too. (Just realized this is in the Maintaining Weight forum.) Next up are Cadbury creme eggs. (Which are some of the most…

This sounds more serious than a knot your wife can massage out. I would see a specialist.

I don't have a foot tattoo but I have ink elsewhere. You want to avoid friction on the area during healing. A quick Google search says to go barefoot as often as possible and wear shoes only if necessary. I would plan on exercise you can do shoeless (yoga?) or you'll risk damaging your new ink.

^^ Exactly! Naturopathic doctors go to (their version of) med school and are even licensed in some states with the same prescription privileges as an MD. (And some insurance will cover naturopath visits.) I think they're well meaning but not the best choice. A little like visiting a psychic to decide how to invest your…

No. You don't need to cleanse your system. Your body does that for you.
