That's a starting point for you then, Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses a day. Make yourself a water chart, or use the water tracker on MFP. A lot of people, myself included, forget this part of their diaries. Do something to keep you focussed on your water intake. And chew gum! :smiley: Good luck.

My mum said my boobs were getting smaller..... That's sort of a victory, I guess! Shows the weight loss, anyway! And I bought a new exercise bike over the weekend, so I should be having some cycling victories soon!!

Do you go to a meeting? Like Weight Watchers or anything? Because part of that service is the weigh in. You should read this book. It changed my life: Overcoming Overeating. It teaches how all diets are rubbish. They teach how diets tell you to control your eating and that eating is bad, but it doesn't tell you why you turn to food in the first place. It trains you into simply: eating only when you're hungry.

Hold it!! "Fat women" can wear bikinis if they want to! If they are comfortable and happy with their weight, they should go for it.
