Why don't you say something like "I'm just toning up now" that way they will know why you are still weighing the food and that you're working on yourself without a number as a goal. In their own way, they are only looking out for you. You've obviously accomplished a great loss! You should be very proud! :smile:

I think that the list is too big.. That's what the OP said, anyway.. To reduce traffic, how about we do a monthly weigh in? So on the first of November, the first of December, and then Xmas Eve, we all weigh in, and post our loss? Or we could do it on the 24th Oct, 24th Nov and then Xmas eve? That might be easier than…

Exactly! That's what I am doing. Gathering ideas from the flavours that I like. And everyone loves getting parcels! Haha. They allow you to select the type of box that you want, and mine are all under 150 calories, which exclused the flapjack-y things anyway. I'm really enjoying it, and it is helping me. :)

I think you are going a great job. Your weight loss is steady but consistant. I don't really think you should change anything/ However, if you want to change your diet, then I would suggest lowering your salt intake. Flicking through your diary, you've gone significantly over on your sodium intake on a few occassions…
