I am late in posting but I am in. Week 1 goal is to meal prep and portion control.

I have lacked consistency and I want to make that a goal this week and month.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I do not have access to a pool. I wish I did because I love water aerobics. I am doing some biking and just pushing past the boredom. I am cutting back on some calories more so that will help. I am also doing more upper body strength training too.
