My name is Chrissy and I love Carol. I've never done a challenge before so I figured this is the awesomest way to start. Because of strength training nobody believes that I'm the weight that I am. I still have a lot of weight to lose, but if I never lose another lbs but keep getting stronger and leaner, I'm good with that. I feel sexy when I notice my own muscles. lol

As you lose weight, every lbs is a bigger percentage of your total weight and gets more noticeable. I mean, if you have 10 M&M's and you take away 2, that's a big difference.
