While doing trademill you can do alternate as running(3 mins) then 30 reps weighted pile squats...follow this for 5 rounds.It is equally good as one of the HIIT training. Not as effective as HIIT .

@foursirius thanks for your reply My current weight is 166lbs(my highest weight was 192lbs a year ago ) so @foursirius you suggested i should look out for stronglife 5x5...how about candita linear program any suggestions??
