  • I really do though, I do eat the calories allowed by MFP. I don't eat anything abnormal and I cycle the same meals that I've balanced previously to be sure. I have a scale and weigh things and etc. I don't eat after 6pm either, I drink a ton of water. Soda has been cut out of my diet, as has sweets. I do drink tea though…
  • Really sounds like you should go to your Doctor, if not him then ask for another doctor but if he wants to go in with a camera and do a colonoscopy then something can really be wrong. But, if you think he doesn't know, then go to a different doctor or maybe your gyno to see what they can do.
  • I either eat a turkey on wheat with a cup of orange juice for breakfast or peanutbutter on crackers/sandwich, really obsessed with peanutbutter.
  • Dang 17 pounds in one month? Good job! You're now my motivation to finally get serious.
  • Good idea with the notes, will definitely do that. Also, it'll be ranging for about a month of studying, as finals begin 1st week of May for me, however, I always had problems remembering to eat and actually go eat. Yet I want to avoid the high fat foods, like peanut butter, since from now since January I only lost 6…
  • Actually, it's ranging for a month since I need to study extremely hard before hand as the first week of May is finals. I'm a med student, trying to get a bachelors in Biology and working towards med school so there is no slacking with me. But as long as it's not dangerous for it to be working like this during the time…
  • She kept giving me these weird pet names! It was confusing me and the cats.
  • My job. Before I got one I was some kid in HS, never really bothered eating much except for lunch, breakfast, w/e my parents made for dinner. Then I got a job. That job got me money. Money made me realized I can buy whatever I want and eventually college hit and I was just eating and augh. I gained the freshman 20, forget…
  • I use old photos of myself as motivation to get back to that weight while using my current photos as de-motivation so I can stop being so fat and work out more.
  • Is it really? Fitness pal calculated that much for me to eat but if I need to go over that's fine. However since I don't eat much usually and get full or sick I find it hard to even go over 1200 calories sometimes. Oh I didn't even think of that. I'll mess with my scale to see if it does need to be reset or get a battery…
  • I am weighing myself with the same scale, same conditions, time of day and etc. Also, esjones12, I find that I can't complete 1,200 calories because it's just too much food for me to eat really. I don't eat much and get full really quick. Also, a lot of you guys are making a lot of sense. I am close to my TOM but I never…
  • Oh wow, what a nice hourglass figure! Yes, I see a noticeable difference with your belly and even a little bit for your back. You're doing wonderful.
  • I use my little sister as my weight loss goal even though I know it's impossible for me to get her body size (I got a pear shape (5'8") and she's naturally model slim (size 0 and 5'11") with no exercise) I still berate and hate myself that I can't have the same body as her causing my low self esteem to get worse. As a…
  • I'm 5'8" and my current weight is 195 (I have quite the belly on me augh). However, with my body type (pear), my goal weight may be unattainable but I plan on trying to aim for 185 first. Then, if I feel like I want to lose more, I'll go for 175.
  • Alright thank you, I'll keep that in mind. c: Also, I did forget about muscle gain, I do some weight training right now, but maybe I should focus on aerobics instead.
  • I am. I followed the 101 calorie tracking guide the one guy made since day 1.
  • Soon to be a month with no weight loss at all. I also did stop weighing myself daily after awhile when seeing little to no progress so I waited over a week and haven't lost anything. It's a tadbit frustrating. I don't write in my diary, I just use the cataloging with the food and exercise. I'm always under my calorie…
  • Oh my goodness, that sounds really awesome so yes! Would you go on a 10k marathon, in which you had to carry me, with me?
  • Sure! Haunted houses are extremely fun to mess with, as long as I can bring salt. Would you wear matching sweaters with me?
