I readjusted my goals on the app. I set my goal weight to 299 instead of my goal weight as I thought it would be easier to focus on 20 to 30 pounds at a time, lose 1.5 pounds per week (instead of 2) and realized I had a light activity level (not including exercise) rather than sedentary. TypingToaster 1/3/21 Tracked: No Calories: Unknown Exercise: Walked 1.67 miles (3747 steps), 20 minutes of cleaning, and did 35 minutes of a YouTube video doing hammer curls with dumbbells, thruster squats with dumbbells, tricep dips, overhead dumbbell balance, leg raises, glute bridges, and a few others.

TypingToaster Saturday, November Week 3 PW: 314.0 CW: 316.9 Well, didn't do too well this week, I'm back where I was on week 2. Gained 2.9 pounds. and gained 3.4 pounds this month. Now I'll only be able to get under 300 pounds in December if I lose 1.37% of my weight each week.

My goal for the end of December is to get to 299.9 pounds, which is 14.1 pounds away. I believe it's doable as that's an average of 2.82 pounds lost per week or a loss of 0.91% of my weight each week.

I was 6.7 pounds away from reaching my goal in October, but I did lose 9.2 pounds in October. My goal for each week this month is to lose 1% of my weight and I'm starting November at 314.2 pounds. Goal weight to reach in November: 301.8 Goal to lose in November: 12.4 pounds
