Steve, I love the difference in those pictures - you've got to be proud of that! I hit my month two goal in the DietBet but barely. I really have some dehydration from being outside in the Wisconsin heat wave to thank for my success: I lost a couple pounds of water weight right at the end to hit my mark. My body success…

Nice work, Steve! Dave, hope you've been able to focus more on your eating this week. Good luck. I have until next weekend to hit 235. I hadn't been making good choices with my food after my first month's weigh-in, but I've turned it around in the past week and am getting close. Starting to believe I might win the money…

Have fun on vacation! I’m up a pound this week but am also making it back into my workout rhythm. Still working to reestablish good eating habits, but I’ve been much better over the past month. SW: 248.4 LW: 240.0 CW: 241.0 GW: 200 Gain: 1.0

Today was the weigh-in for the first month of my challenge, and I hit the goal: 3% of my bodyweight lost. My initial weigh-in for that at the end of March was 250.0 and I weighed in this morning as 242.2. I don't find out how much I earned from the pot until everyone else in the challenge has submitted their weights too.…

There's still time to turn your week back the right way! You got this!

I've been stuck the last two weeks, coming in at the exact same weight both times. I'm still below my goal for the first month of my challenge, but I was hoping to have gained a little extra distance ahead of the curve by now. SW: 248.4 LW: 242.2 CW: 242.2 GW: 200 Loss: 0.0 I can't act like I don't know how this happened,…

I survived a work trip this week without splurging on pizza or burgers! That’s a first. Lots of fruit, veggies, cashews, and yogurt for lunches, salmon and swordfish for my dinners, and workouts two out of three night (and jumping around angrily on Monday night while Michigan made fools of themselves in the championship…

Pretty good first week of my challenge: down 3.6 pounds from Sunday (6 since weighing in at night made me 250 instead of 247) SW: 248.4 LW: 247.2 CW: 243.6 GW: 200 Loss: 3.6 Restricted my eating quite a bit. I’m also on a two week streak of logging every calorie each day which I hadn’t been too careful about before that.…

I ended up signing up, so now i need to be below 242.5 by April 26 and under 225 by the end of September (I ate a bunch on Sunday and weighed myself at night instead of in the morning for a little head start...). I’m going to push pretty hard to see if I can get ahead of the curve and stay there. I’m pretty sure I can get…

That’s awesome! Way to go on the jeans! I’ll have to check out those resources. I’m heavily weighing the idea of doing a DietBet starting on Tuesday and going through September to lose 10% of my weight. If I make it, I make money. If I don’t, I lose the money I put into it. https://www.dietbet.com/transformer I can’t quite…

That’s really difficult, Tim. Sorry to hear about that. I’ll be praying as well. This is the first week I’ve been able to make myself log every calorie that I ate each day and made good decisions with my eating on most of those days. SW: 248.4 LW: 251.4 CW: 247.2 GW: 200 Loss: 4.2 lbs

Nice work, Steve! Not a good week for me. I did great during the work portion of my trip but then ate like a maniac during the vacation that we tacked on to the end. The unfortunate thing is that I was having enough fun with my family that I could’ve eaten packing peanuts and still been happy, so it wasn’t that I was…

This week wasn't as good in the weight department despite feeling like a good step forward in my healthy decision-making. We'll see how it pans out over the next few weeks. SW: 248.4 LW: 242.8 CW: 245.4 GW: 200 Gain: 2.6 lb I'm working night shifts in Nebraska this week, but I at least prepped some good snacks before…

Not much change this week, which I count as a win. I was worried last week was a fluke and my weight was going to jump back up. SW: 248.4 LW: 242.6 CW: 242.8 GW: 200 Gain: 0.2 lb

I had good numbers this morning, but I don't feel like I earned it this week. Still feels good either way. SW: 248.4 LW: 247.4 CW: 242.6 GW: 200 Loss: 4.8 lbs I'll be working hard to not let myself jump back up next week!

Off-topic, but you should post some pictures of your tables! I enjoy woodworking (not good at it yet, but I enjoy it) so I like seeing other people's projects too. I spent Saturday in the garage with my girls building some shelves for over the garage door. The best part was taking my table saw out in the snow to…

Halfway through my current short goal of two straight weeks of good check-ins. SW: 248.4 LW: 249.2 CW: 247.4 GW: 200 Loss: 1.8 lbs Only a few days until the first-ever Eagles Super Bowl victory! Tim, I'll accept that reason for cheering. Two of my best friends out here in Madison are diehard Seahawks fans too.

Bad week of eating again: SW: 248.4 LW: 247.2 CW: 249.2 GW: 200 Gain: 2 lbs Going to try to string together two weeks of good overall eating in a row. Small goals. Also, I’m planning to enjoy myself during the Super Bowl - I’m an Eagles fan! #flyeaglesfly

Bad week for eating, good week for exercise. SW: 248.4 LW: 245.4 CW: 247.2 GW: 200 Gain: 1.8 lbs Started a new book called “No Sweat” by Michelle Segar that’s a fun read to keep me motivated. It's only $2 on Kindle if any of you enjoy reading that type of book.

Awesome job last week, everyone! It was cool to see that everyone who checked in lost weight. Now to break that trend... Update for this week: SW: 248.4 LW: 244.2 CW: 245.4 GW: 200 Gain: 1.2 lbs This is one of those times when I’m not disappointed about the increase. I wasn’t perfect on my nutrition but I was pretty good…

Update for this week: SW: 248.4 LW: 249.4 CW: 244.2 GW: 200 Loss: 5.2 Hopefully this is progress and not dehydration or something.

Welcome back, Dale! My goal for 2018: reverse this graph. My trend from February through May was great, but then I lost it and moved right back up to where I started.
-
I second that, Steve! Unfortunately for me, I made poor choices for the week and a half leading up to Christmas and put on a quick six pounds. After Christmas, I got a stomach bug from my kiddos and have lost some of that weight back in all the wrong ways... Here’s where I stand now: SW: 248.4 LW: 250.4 CW: 249.4 GW: 200…

Haha well after I went up last week you're about in pace with me anyways. I'm working hard at it this week and already came back down a little over the weekend so let's make this week count!

Great job, dbw. My week want so good so now I have some catching up to do to get back on track for my new year's goal. SW: 248.4 LW: 2474 CW: 248.2 GW: 200 . Gain: 0.8 My graph is going the wrong way! I did a good job getting back into my morning workout routine but my eating was terrible. That'll be my focus this next…

Nice work, dbw and gunz. Here's my update for this week: SW: 248.4 LW: 246.4 CW: 247.4 GW: 200 Gain: 1 lb At the end of my trip, I had set a new incremental goal for myself to be at or below 240 by January 1; so that breaks down to the following for me to stay on track: Next Friday: 245.5 Dec 15: 243.7 Dec 22: 241.8 Dec…

That's an amazing transformation! Congratulations and keep it up!

This is a work trip but I gave myself a day and a half of vacation before I start night shifts on Wednesday. I hadn’t tested the scale yet last night. The bad news: it’s about 50 lbs off. The good news: I’ve apparently hit my weight goal already.
-
Just arrived at my hotel in Dubai tonight and found a scale in my bathroom. I’m pretty pumped about that since now I can keep myself accountable while I’m here the next two weeks.

Ok, here’s my between-trips update. I’ve been crushing this week so far, so that helped make up for last week a little. Just need to keep it moving in that direction now. SW: 248.4 LW: 248.4 CW: 246.4 GW: 200 Loss: 2 lbs
