Just for today I will get a workout in - no matter how much I really don't want to.

Confession: I realize that when I started dieting I constantly criticize in my head what everyone else is eating. Wasn't a problem when I was eating 5 pieces of pizza but if anyone else does now, I mentally judge judge judge.

If I drink I will over eat. No doubt about it. So I had to cut out drinking. I can't have one beer or one drink. It's always several and then I run to get fast food and order enough for 3 people.

Just did the nutrition calculator for what I order at Chipotle and the bowl is 625 calories. I think I will do that if the line isn't too long.

I have heard to shave 20 - 25% off for accuracy with HRM's.

I love this thread and all it's honesty. This sucks to a lot of people but as adults we have to realize we have to do this whether we like it or not.
-
I'm also going to drink a lot of water to try to fill up!

I was planning to get a workout in to gain some more calories. Thanks everyone!

Sadly my goal is 1500 per day. Hubby brought big breakfast home and I didn't refuse it. :)

I have it and losing weight sucks, but it can be done. My thyroid is regulated and its still hard to lose. Sometimes I feel like if I'm not 99% perfect with diet and exercise, then I don't lose. You do just have to be diligent.

To start back where I left off at instead of starting all over again. :'(

Losing weight is 90% diet and 10% exercise. Not sure who said this but here is a true quote "you can't out train a bad diet." Exercise adds to your weight loss. What you eat kind of determines if you lose.

I did! I still remember the smell!

Ok -So far, it's a no on the Fitbit. Unless I decide to buy the expensive one with the heart rate monitor which I have already in the Polar FT4. I think I will save the money for now. Thank you everyone for your feedback. It's much appreciated.

Nope.

I guess what I am worried that I am missing out on is what I am not counting within my daily activity. Like for instance, if I spend 3 hours cleaning the house, I don't count that because I'm not sure how to track that. I think the Fitbit would capture this. Is that right?
