@pezhed I'm glad you checked in and I'm glad you're having a pretty ideal pregnancy so far! It sounds like you're doing what you can to prepare, I'm also impressed by all the dog walking! I hope the rest of your pregnancy is just as ideal and look forward to your next update! =)

@VeryKatie Yay for a fast delivery but sucks that recovery has been rough. I saw your news feed post, she's beautiful!! Hopefully recovery gets better. Congratulations again :)

@knorris84 you're welcome! Nope you're never alone!! :)

That sounds like me during my period. Sometimes I'm a bottomless pit during ovulation as well. Throwing in factors like lack of water and sleep or more activity and I'll eat all the things. It's definitely a balance I'm still trying to find myself. The good news though is everyone has those days and it's nothing to beat…

@VeryKatie Congratulations!!! :)

What are some of your favorite salad fixings?

Yay for over 10000 steps! :)

Yay for a great day and a 3 day weekend! :)

I log everything even 2-3 calorie mints. I have chewed an entire pack of gum in one day before. It's 80 calories for that particular pack. Right now I'm running about 750-1000 calorie deficit so 80 calories isn't really going to hinder that much but eventually I'll be smaller and thus running a much smaller deficit around…

@scarlettriestorun You should be able to remove an old account within your account settings on your FitBit. Account Settings
-
@Tina_1103 It sounds like you're on the right track. MFP for logging food and FitBit for activity.

@stuartguildford The only thing I could think of is to maybe put it in your pocket when you're driving. It may still pick up on some of the vibrations but it should be less than when it's on your wrist.

@puffbrat You're welcome! =) I have two other suggestions for habit tracking that won't really work for logging books and won't really go in your planner but that you (or someone else) may find helpful. haha if not it may give you more of an idea of what you want (or don't want). The incentive chart (well the official name…

I'm glad the birthday party was a success and that your house was able to be put back together! =P Sounds like you had a good day spent with family! Sounds like the perfect Sunday =) I hope you have a good start to your week!

Sounds like a productive day! =)

@jcaldwell0331 Have you tried reading a physical book instead? It works better for me than my kindle. Other than that, I'm out of suggestions (for now). I hope tomorrow goes better for you.
-
@jcaldwell0331 Does your kindle have the blue-shade option? It gets rid of the blue light which may make it easier to fall asleep. What about making a point to drink water before and after your meals/snacks?

@puffbrat I just need to clean my desk (and apartment) then I might actually be able to focus on getting my planners set up. haha I love the cleaning schedule and self care bingo! @judysway361 Hello! Welcome to the motivational journals group! =) Like Megan I am curious about what your plans are going forward, what kind of goals you've set -if any apart from losing the 15 pounds and would just generally like to hear more about you!
-
Hi Megan! Welcome to the motivation journals group! =) I'm really interested in rock climbing, would you mind telling me how you started with it and any advice/tips that you'd like to share or wish you would have known when you were starting out? I looked into Whole30 but decided against it mostly because I don't do well…
-
@jcaldwell0331 I think just counting calories is the way to go especially if you have a lot going on. I think you and I both get caught up in making a plan (and over-complicating things or at least I do) and waiting for the perfect/easier time to implement the plan and the thing is we don't need a plan, we just need to eat…

You aren't alone. Also, I'm glad you found a workout that gets you excited again!
-
I'm squealing like a kid in a candy store right now! haha Thank you so much for sharing! This is giving me motivation to get mine set up so I can share! I had given up trying to find a way to set up a cleaning schedule that seemed efficient for what I want to achieve and I love the way you started setting up yours! I also…

@puffbrat Yes please, id love to see both the screenshots of the budget and how you set up your planner. Actually if it's something you'd be interested in we can set up an all things planner thread because itd be nice to have someone to show my collection of washi tape and planner related things who would actually…
