Ballet Beautiful is a lovely quiet at home exercise dvd. Soothing classical music in the background and it's all done on a mat :smile:

I'm almost done with the Beginner Shred, starting six week six pack this week, trying to work in kickbox fastfix whenever I can, and hopefully moving onto Shred next week. The kickboxing dvd is a "treat" workout, totally kicks my butt, but I look forward to it :D

The exercise cals on here can be way off, unless you're working out with a HRM maybe try eating back half of your exercise cals at first and then adjust if needed.

I'm halfway through the Beginner Shred and realized today that the dead lift to an upward row totally reminds me of the "bend and snap" from Legally Blonde Got a good chuckle out of it.

Youtube has a ton of exercise dvd programs uploaded for free. There are also a ton of different workouts available on the site so you can try out new activities or find something you already know you enjoy. I did well with my previous goals :smile: My new goals 1. Eat a real meal for dinner as opposed to snacking. Bulk meal prep from today should help with that goal. 2. Click on the little blue button and select exercise. It will give you the option to select cardio or strength training and then you can do a general search for the exercise activity you did

Ballet Beautiful might work for you. There are a few moves you would need to skip, but overall it's all mat work so you wouldn't need to be on your hands or feet :smile: Definitely skip the bridge portion.

It's a somewhat new dvd put out by Jillian Michaels. I read a lot of the reviews online and was a bit intimidated by the people that said it hurt to sit to use the restroom et cetera. I wanted to ease into things and prepare myself for Shred so I can get through it. That's not to say the dvd is a breeze to get through.…
