I’ve been really enjoying using the spin bike at the gym and I use an app called Aaptiv that is essentially a gym class in your ears 😂 This has definitely helped with my motivation when I’m at the gym! I also like to lift weights although I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like recently.

  • Can totally understand that frustration! I almost think sometimes when we're so close to a mini goal of another weight bracket our weight particularly doesn't want to play ball and goes in the opposite direction. I'm rooting for you and am sure you'll have it back off next week!

  • Friday Weigh In Previous Weight - 203.2lbs This Week - 201.2lbs Soooooo close!!! Really pleased with that as I weighed when we got home from our trip and I was 1.5 up on that 203. Glad I managed to get that back off and get down further towards onederland 🥳

  • Hope you weren't kept all day @erikNJ ! I always thought jury duty would be really interesting until I was called up...then I realised it was exactly as you describe. Loads of sitting around and not much activity or even mental stimulation!!
