I also have to battle with snacking after dinner particularly if I'm working late. Cups of tea and finding a distraction (exercise, walking the dog etc..) work for me. Anyone feel free to add me

I've found I can eat reasonably as long as i exercise aswell. Feel free to add me

I'm currently looking at whether to get the flex, Charge or wait for the Charge HR although constantly monitoring my heart rate will probably frighten me to death! Any advice?
