Hey Everyone! In the middle of my 3rd week here. Loving it so far and starting to pick up some support and motivation. I've been doing Bootcamp/Crossfit classes since May. This is the longest I've stuck with any fitness routine in years. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving! Karen

I have a Nike FuelBand SE and like it. I wish it synced with MFP but maybe it will in the future. I workout at a bootcamp/crossfit gym 3-4 times per week and although I'm quite sure it is not measuring my exact intensity of the workout, it is pretty accurate. There you go - start with the 10 minutes. The next night it is 15. Even if you do 30 per night or a few times a week, it is a great start! You know how to do this - you made it through Boot Camp classes (that is a feat!). I wish you luck!
