See, there's the problem. I bet your nutritionist didn't warn you about your paper towel intake...

I'm similar to a few prior responses. I eat almost all my calories in the evening. Once you get used to going about your business during the day, it's easy to get by on maybe some coffee in the morning and then water the rest of the day (though I have the occasional peach, etc.), leaving 85%+ of my calories for dinner.…

I am adding myself to the list of those eagerly awaiting the science behind this. Gluten is in no way a necessary diet component.

I obviously see my calorie counts as a result of logging, but they're inconsequential. I'm more interested in macros and long-term trends.

Might I suggest you browse around the help page to learn the myriad other functions of the site? https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/

Have you looked into Creon?

Hot sauce. All of them.

So many people would benefit from this realization.

I hope those yolks are going to good use elsewhere.

What's the point in logging if you just want to pat yourself on the back? You don't need MFP for that...

No.

If you start dipping into my supply, you're eating too many. Aside from that, eat as many as you like.

Hello, strawman. About time you showed up.

Because your personal decision is clearly offensive to others.

This. Ignore the ridiculous statements about clean eating as a moral position. That has to do with the insecurity of the offended parties and nothing to do with food...

I never gave it much notice, but my face is always the last thing to fill in when I've gained weight, and definitely the first place it comes off.

It's most inaccurate for taller people, and isn't bad to use as an initial goal setting guide. That being said, it wasn't formulated for the purposes or type of population it's used for anyway, and studies typically show that being slightly overweight based on BMI, regardless of body composition, is associated with lower…

This. And Convict Conditioning.

If you get dizzy after skipping a single meal, you've probably got blood sugar issues. I'd see a doctor if I were you.

IF can be a great tool, but you have to understand the why and how, just as with everything else. Check out the IF group. I eat between roughly 4pm and 10pm daily, and have lost 75+lbs. Once you've gained knowledge of actual hunger signals, it couldn't be easier.

I consider myself pretty fit, but my actual gym time (a misnomer anyway, since it's in my garage) is minimal. Less than 5 hours a week, no more than an hour a day. That being said, I'm pretty darn active outside of that as well...

People may be hesitant to join a list run by someone named Ashley. Just sayin'. On a serious note, good job and good luck!

You have a lack of motivation, not time. I lost 70+ lbs while working two jobs, having two kids, completing my MA program, and building a new house. You have time.

Dropping bf% means increasing the muscle to fat ratio. That can be accomplished by losing or gaining weight.

Wrong part of the Trinity. Close, though.

The feed. My scale syncs automatically, and if it goes down, it notifies my adoring fans.

I live in Tornado Alley. Three guesses as to what disasters we get.
