My knees hurt. I want to make sure they hurt from a problem and not be another one of the 1000s of overweight women who have knee pain just from being fat. I really don't want to be that woman complaining about knee pain to my doctor when I'm overweight only to be told to lose weight. 30 down/30 to go

Yes. Little over 4 years ago I lost 40 pounds. I felt awesome. I was only 20 pounds away from my goal. Then my gallbladder failed me and I gained all that weight back in 9 months. It took me a long time to get the right tools to work on getting the weight off again.

Sounds like a good first day. I eased myself into low carb. Starting at 50g, then 40, then 30 and now I aim for 10-20g a day. I think it helped to ease up the Keto flu everyone talks about. Also male sure you supplement your salt, potassium and magnesium.

I have been doing keto since August. So far I'm down 27lbs in that time frame. I still have another 35 pounds to go. I have combined keto with alternate day fasting to get the weight off. Doing keto alone had the weight crawling off so slow. I'm going to start exercising soon now that my knees and hips are not hurting so…

My hubby and I got a much needed date today. It ended up being beer filled. But I'm not feeling too bad about if, we have both been so good this month. I plan to keep going into November.

I have been struggling lately, stress has hit me hard and I'm wanting to turn to my old friend of alcohol. So far I have had 3 drinks since September 28th. Not the goal that I was hoping for but it's much better than my old normal of 3 drinks per night, or 1 bottle of wine. :/
