I totally need this. I have struggled with alcohol addiction back and forth for years. Did great for the past 4 years and have totally relapsed this year. Trying to do better again. I'm tied of this and it certainly hasn't helped my weight.

I have been on here for 6 years. Had a logging streak of over 1100 days. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage in September and fell off my logging habits and have gained like 10 pounds. I'm struggling to pull myself together.

So I'm now thinking my fitbit is on the fritz. I have been feeling better and my Fitbit is reading anywhere from 60 bpm to 120 bpm. I had my 7th in May. Also breastfeeding. It's tough, I lost 60 pounds before I got pregnant and now I have gained back 40 of it. 10 pounds of that has been since she was born :( I'm trying to tighten up on my charting. i know I'm overeating, breastfeeding makes you feel so hungry.

I just had my 7th baby 11 weeks ago and want to lose 42 pounds. Right now I'm just doing it slowly as I'm breastfeeding. Just charting my food and trying to stay within my calorie goals. I'm going to add exercise in to my routine soon and have a goal of doing a mud race next summer with my older kids. Add me as a friend.

I've made it 4 days in a row now. I'm liking Leslie's walking videos. They move enough that I get a little sweat going but gentile enough I don't start contracting. I have been adding weights too and enjoying it a lot.

Thanks for sharing the video! I did the 1 miracle mile. I had no idea there were walking videos on youtube. I'm pregnant and feeling like a lump and missing my outdoor walk/hikes. This is perfect for my current lump like state. Thanks again. I'm aiming to do this everyday now.

Big hugs to you! How wonderful that exercise is helping you so much. My mom also deals with depression. She has had recurring cancer for 10 years now and lost he love ( my dad) in August. I also have a sister who is a RX pill addict. I haven't spoken to her since Dad passed. Family can be a struggle.
