I just look in the mirror and remember why I started to lose weight and eat healthy! :) <3

Just every day things like dusting, walking round garden, washing dishes and so on! Every step you take is exercise. So my doctor says!

Hi! I take in 1490 calories a day but my burned calories are between 250-450 a day! I can't do too much exercises as I am disabled but I am losing weight.
-
I used to be but, now I just log meals and exercises. I reply to my friends also! I think I get more support from MFP friends than I did with Weight Watchers.
-
Think we all need some motivation and especially lots of friends to help!

Don't think it would work on old skin! I am 67 years old and have tried a few things but, nothing worked.

When doctor took my pulse it was missing beats! Then with the ECG it confirmed it. Then the 24 hour monitor results came back to say that I have an irregular heartbeat! I get palpitations quite a lot! You can actually feel your heart beating in your ears! That's when I take one of my angina medications (nitromin spray)!

Yes you do get saggy skin when you lose a lot of weight! When you get older your skin loses its elasticity!
-
I had a minor heart attack in 2012! Then I went for my six monthly review at the doctors. She took my pulse and said that she would have to do an ECG to confirm an irregular heartbeat (that was in 2014). Now the doctor has upped the dose of my Angina medication. I also done the 24 hour monitor as well.

Hi, I am disabled and use a wheelchair when out and about. I have been a member of MFP since November and finding it hard sometimes! I am losing weight slowly. It's hard when you can't get about much!

We went on holiday to Lanzarote at the beginning of the month! I was doing well till I saw what was for breakfast! Bacon, scrambled eggs, little sausages, beans and tomatoes. Think I had the same every morning! Then lunch I ate mostly the local fish (which was nice) and then there was desserts! Dinner was pork, steak, tuna…

I used to do Weight Watchers and kept on the Filling and Healthy with 49 ProPoints a week. I always had some points left. It was good eating all the fruit and veg as it was free!

I went cold turkey on the 29th July 1990. Then I was able to taste food and then I gained weight! I am 67 next month. I have been trying to lose weight since. Now since November last year I have lost 35lbs with MFP!
-
I lost my first born, she was still born and I was seven months pregnant. I have also had two miscarriages! I went on to have four healthy babies after that. So sorry for your loss! I know what it's like!
