I will be 67 in June. So it's not age! I some exercises every day. I am restricted in my movements as I am disabled.

I am 5ft 05ins and I am on 1490 calories a day. I can't exercise much but I have lost 32lbs in 65 days.

I am 67 in June. I can walk short distances with a walking stick but need my wheelchair for longer distances. I have managed to lose 32lbs so far. The doctor told me to move my arms about as often as possible as that is classed as form of exercise. I also have angina so can't do anything too strenuous.

How often should you be weighed? I am weighed once a week.

Thank you! I will give that a go. Will have to wait for the renovations to finish. I used to go swimming on a Monday evening for only £2 and my carer (my hubby) got in for free.

I too stayed the same weight for two weeks then I lost 6lbs this week! Hang on in there, keep doing what your doing.

I too need the same info. Since losing a bit of weight my arms and lower tummy skin is really bad. Help!!!!!

I used to go swimming but got too self conscious of everyone looking at me so I stopped going. I go up one flight of stairs and my joints complain. Hope moving your arms about helps! We are going to Lanzarote in June. Don't think I will be in the pool or sea!

I use a wheelchair when I am out and about. I have managed to lose 1st 11lbs since November. The doctor told me to move arms about as often as possible in a day as that's a form of exercise. There are also stretches you can do in a wheelchair. Hope this helps!

I hate taking my meds! I take 14 meds daily. Try moving your arms about. My doctor told me to do that, as its a form of exercise. Have one flight of stairs to go up here and I find it difficult. You can do it! I too have a lot of medication to take. I also have angina where I can't do anything strenuous. I got exercises off the doctor that you can do sitting down. They are helping. I have lost 1st 12lbs so far. Next weigh-in is Wednesday. Here's hoping I have lost something

I have been poorly since last Saturday but I have still managed to lose 1st 11lbs. Still got a lot to lose for our holiday in June. I am also disabled and can't exercise very much. My husband does all the cooking and he makes sure he takes all the fat off the meat and cooks plenty of veg.

I am sedentary but still losing weight by watching what I eat and drink! I have lost 21lbs in 12 weeks. So cheer up Twhitehead7! If I can do it so can you :D . I am disabled so can't exercise much.

I am allowed 1,580 calories a day, but I never eat that much. I am disabled and can't do much exercise and I am still losing weight! At the moment I have lost 21lbs in 12 weeks. I am happy with that.
