For me it was their HIIT mixed with strength-training vids. That's the way my workouts are still structured now.

I personally never did this..I would just buy as I went for the size I was currently at. I would have felt like it was hanging over my head...but everyone is different!

Mostly shorts..leggings..whatever top..my only staple are my chucks to give me better support when lifting.

I lift 4-5 x a week. I do HIIT either prior to lifting or inbetween sets...like 45-60 seconds of burpees, high-knees, etc.

My style is pretty much what you see in my pic. I love wearing heels and dresses/skirts..but I also love loose t-shirts with shorts and chuck Taylor's..I tend to wear more black than I realize..but it's just classic. You can google spring/summer outfits and create a "style board" based on what you like...just whatever…

I train legs twice a week. I do 8 different exercises each time with a set of 4 with 8-12 reps and do HIIT inbetween. Like say a minute of burpees between each superset. I increase weight as I progress.
