I would not go below 1200 calories, I did and paid the price. Remember also when you burn alot of calories through working out, you need to eat some of them back. Keep the body fuelled up means a healthy lifestyle plus you will have the energy to do a great workout.

I am up to 800 mins a week. I am training for an endurance event taking place next year. I do cycling and mountain biking. If I feel tired then I just go out for a walk.

I know what you mean, I lost a lot of weight in a short space of time. Work colleagues thought I was either not well or had some type of cancer. To date I have lost 110lbs. Don't call it dieting, just say you are making healthier choices with your lifestyle.

Before I went on a diet I was consuming up to 3500 calories a day. After a visit to my consultant it was obvious I was killing myself. So I went on a diet it was very extreme it had to be as time was not on my hand. I started on just 1,000 a day then as I trained more increased it to 1200 a day. Iost 100lbs in 13 months.…

When I walked up a flight of stairs and had to sit down. I was a wreck both physically and mentally. Now lost 105lbs so far, pulse rate 45, cholesterol 2.9, blood pressure 130/ 72. Don't get any better than that. Just love keeping fit. Good luck on your quest to a healthier you.
