I do this too. Towels before I use them, glasses when I get them down from the cabinet and before I use them etc.

I'm really trying to be a good friend and be encouraging. I have to face it, nothing I say sounds inspirational. I'm not a motivating person. I've lost weight because I get up and make myself do it. I do like seeing others stuff.
