I think you've got a good plan. Good Luck.
-
I think that could be it. You joining the Guard changed you (as it did me), she may have wanted to change some as well, but didn't have the same motivation as you did. Now you are a lot different, and she is the same.

...whatever you want. A lot of good info here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10300331/most-helpful-posts-getting-started-must-reads To answer your specific questions: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1

I'd just confront the person. I find it better to talk to a person directly about what they are doing as opposed to going the boss--especially if they are likely to find it was you "who told on them." I'd say, "Dude, I'm not interested. In fact, I think products like that are pyramid schemes preying on the hopes of…

OP, are you eating enough now? From your other post, you we eating too little. Not have enough calories will make you feel tired.

Thursday is my official day for MFP but I use Libra to track every day. Water retention from the previous weekend should be gone and its before a possible early start of the next weekend.

This is a great recipe with low calories, and I say that as one who doesn't particularly like cauliflower. http://reluctantentertainer.com/2015/01/skinnytastes-turmeric-roasted-cauliflower/ But I'm not seeing the need to focus on turmeric intake.

Did that include your soda? What was the total amount of calories? Where are you located OP? What kind of doctor is this? I recommend a second opinion from another doctor and someone who has specific training like a registered dietitian.

OP, what are your goals? Current Weight or BMI? Its okay to only eat once a day, if you are eating enough. It doesn't sound like you are and that is unhealthy.

I have had this thought as well but I always conclude that * I'm setting a good example * I need to do it now so I'm less of a burden on them later * I need to do it so I am healthier and more active with them now * I need to do it to reduce stress which will make me a more patient father I also try to do it at times when…

Bolthouse yogurt dressings. 35-45 calories a serving. You will find them in the produce section.

I had a medical "condition" (we'll leave it at that) any a doctor got me to focus on meeting my daily fiber requirements. According to this site, you need 37 g if you're a male, 25 g for females. This bar would seem to be better for men. http://www.webmd.com/diet/guide/fiber-how-much-do-you-need Most of us do not get…

We do sloppy joes (in fact that is tonight). They way we make them with with ground turkey, bbq sauce, mustard, and various spices. I have started using BBQ with a lot less calories. Tacos, use ground turkey. Steaks, get leaner cuts and partake. Burger night, grill yourself a chicken breast is you are okay with making two…

Check out skinnytaste.com. My top recommendations are the pork carnitas and the Sautéed Brussels Sprouts. As others have said, red meat isn't bad, but it is higher in saturated fat than other meats. Still, a steak doesn't need much addition to be good. Chicken on the other had needs other flavors to be good. When I go to…

Here's the thread you really need to read about recomposition: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat/p1

OP, you have a lot of misconceptions on "weight" loss. I assume 110 lbs is your happy place because at some point you weighed that and you like the way you looked then. You can get back to that weight but you may look completely different if you lose too much lean body mass. Don't worry about the number on the scale--you…

You do not have a slowed metabolism. Why do you think you do?

Most of us are here to lose weight, not improve on an activity. I ride for 1 hr 3-4 times a week. I like to use Endomondo to track my calories burned with a heartrate monitor and my phone. After my ride I upload to Strava to compare against my best times on different trails. This helps push my efforts. Endomondo…

I eat large spinach salads but found that the amount of veggies I need to add to make any significant nutritional benefit is a lot. So I add small amount of things I like or add fiber/protein: green olives, turkey pepperoni, chickpeas, and grilled chicken breast or other leftover lean meat. I highly recommend using…

Which is fine and something that I find myself doing, but when people say the "non-clean" food is causing people to be obese, or all "non-clean" food is unhealthy--that is untrue. Promoting that falsehood is detrimental to public health.

A lot of things on here I can't pronounce.

Cottage cheese and an apple.
-
No. Because when you lose weight, you lose both muscle and fat. And when you lose weight fast, you lose more muscle.
-
Which doesn't include supplements. You may get away with it, or they may fire you.
-
Supplements don't give you energy, but it your (or your employer's) money. Sounds okay. I assume that is net so that if you didn't count exercise, you daily goal is about 1500? You should eat back at least half your estimated exercise calories. Like has been said, it better to do something more sustainable. So I guess you…

What is your current weight and height? What have your set your weight loss per week goal at? Are you recording your running as exercise in MFP? How many calories are you estimating that your a burning during your exercise? Basically, what ever you want to eat is fine. Things to consider, generally, you shouldn't eat less…

When I run into people like this, I try to say something like "I spent a lot of time reading others people success and what most of the medical community recommend. From that, the conclusion seems to be that weight loss that fast will result in loss of too much lean mass-stuff you don't want to lose and a diet like that is…

I'll shamefully admit I was embarrassed by my overweight mother. I never called her or anyone else fat, and when called fat myself, I just took it as some telling me what color my hair was. That being said, not having my children embarrassed of me was a major motivator. You can eat popcorn and candy, log it, learn from it,…
