One mile is much better than zero! I got some extra steps in from shopping today to prepare for an upcoming trip but haven't made it to the gym or an official workout in far too long. Food has been ok so far this week though so trying to focus on keeping that up!

Hey all! I'm also looking to lose around 40. Started at 178 and now at 172.6. My calorie goal is around 1670 a day and trying to fill that with healthy options and incorporating more activity in my day. I weigh on Fridays anyways so would be happy to join for extra motivation!
