Hey we've made it! No radio videos stretches today for me. Was straight to work and back home. Settling the kids in for sleep and hope to relax a little in a hot bath. Had a power outage a few times today so walked around quite a bit at work to get something in while waiting for power to photocopy, print and compute.…

@HASWLRS was only missing 20 something to get those out of the way-> so did 2 x 15 with 35lbs to finish them this afternoon (off to work tomorrow so not much happening then), my legs are wobbly tonight, i will sleep well. it was gorgeous day here and spent the afternoon cashing kids on their bikes and pushing them up the…

Morning workout done! added another 56 squats for a running total of 114 (i think i might just do another round this afternoon to squash that challenge. Logging going well, under calories allotments so far everyday this week, and used the radio videos again this am for warmup to my weights = everything on target. Hope you…

Two more radio videos done this am, and swapped all my squat moves out for sumo squats = 58 and counting. Feels like a good day, sun is shining and we are moving! So decided I was done with being sick. Got in the stretching videos (did four as the kids super enjoyed them -two suggested ones and two random YouTube ones) a workout this morning while watching the Kyoto videos (very mediocre workout as I was not actually feeling as good as I thought). And then bunch of walking for trick…

Nope not too many neighbors out here! A few within walking distance and my mother in law is about 2 km down the road. Nap time resulted in 4 am up call... After the drumming session the three of us went for a tricycle/walk through the muddy fields (ensued by a bath). My son NEVER takes an afternoon nap anymore he's out cold on the sofa. Bahahaha

Wow! Ok so a gazzillion drum routines check! Two happy excited and pumped kids, one sweaty mommy and one spoon causality (why does boys enthusiasm equate physical force?)

Ok can't update from my phone so will do so after these kiddos are asleep (if that ever happens) But very happy to say although we didn't attack the drums yet we did get in a super walk. And I did more than necessary water today (been along time I haven't tracked it because o have been pretty good about it and yup right up…

So as a question, do we fill in the spreadsheet at day end or can we modify it as the day progresses and we do more ?
