Treat yourself to the formal dining options. The quality of the food is much better and the portions are smaller. I always make a point to take the stairs, skip lunch while off the ship, and get as much exercise in as possible without making it formal exercise. I brought a weight watchers book with me and used that to…

Go for it!

I'm waiting for the FitBit Charge HR. Should be out in early 2015.

Try planking. My stomach is pretty flat. Also, try some body weight exercises that work your core and some swimming. I am the girl

All better, 24 grams of Fiber with my dinner last night and a 51oz bottle of water consumed yesterday. Feeling much better and happier now.

Congratulations on an amazing success!

Ahhh. Went! :) And I dropped .7lbs overnight. I know where that came from.

I have the Weight Watcher's One from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It weighs everyone about 1lb heavier but it is VERY consistent.

I make an egg sandwich. Fried egg on a sandwich thin with a bit of ketchup and a Chobani for breakfast. Avocado, tomato, fresh Mozz salad for lunch, instant oatmeal for pm snack, and usually a pre made frozen dinner. I will also carry bananas and PB and supplement with some milk.

Thank you for posting this. In the past, I have had terrible binges. One day while at work, I bought a Ben and Jerry's ice cream cone. I had a killer workout that morning and was feeling weak. I deserved the ice cream I told myself. I am a flight attendant and stopped quickly in between flights at the airport. I walked to…

I travel a lot, and I mean a TON for work. I am in Europe 5-6 times per month. Pack a comfy pair of shoes and make sure you always head out for a walk daily. I also tend to eat a bigger breakfast and avoid stopping for lunch during the day; only consume a snack. That way I have more to eat at dinner. Also, depending on…

Mine is much better when I eat healthier. Sometimes excessive sweat causes the opposite though. I occasionally treat myself to some MSG filled Chinese food from the cockroach breeder down the block. My forehead is an oil slick the next morning.

Thanks everyone. I increased my fiber tonight- just made eggs and 2 high fiber English Muffins for dinner instead of my leftover sushi. I also forgot to mention that my period will start Friday or so and that usually helps move things along. Hopefully tomorrow morning will bring relief though.

33% fat over the past 7 days. 46% carb, 21% protein. I have it set at 45C, 35F, 20P so I'm close to being on target. That is what a RD recommended for me a few years ago.

I'm usually an every other day person. One night I thought I was going to die from stomach bloating, but it was just gas. I travel a lot a usually blame the water changes, but I actually was off for a few days this week and drank my "normal water". I have taken ex-lax before, but it's so dang gross.

The salt water may do the trick- every time I swim in salt water, I make a mad dash to the restroom.
-
I've had sushi two nights in a row, miso soup both times. It is possible the sodium is backing me up?
-
I normally do. But I sometimes will have diarrhea that time of the month so I try not to push myself too hard and couple that with runners' trots.

Going to the DR is not an option for me right now. I need a home remedy.

I'll try drinking more water and maybe make myself a cup of coffee tomorrow. I don't really care for coffee but I know a lot of people who swear by it. I"m so busy at work, I don't really have much time to make pit stops sadly so I tend to not drink as much as I should. Thank you.

1) PB&J (or banana) on an Arnold sandwich thin 2) Eggs and toast 3) Cereal or oatmeal 4) Tuna and plain Greek yogurt 5) Tomato, avocado, and fresh Mozz cheese salad with balsamic vinegar 6) Homemade pizza on an English Muffin with store bought sauce 7) Smart Ones

Feeding my Nutella addition is easy that way; put jar on scale, take out my 15g which is like nothing, then replace jar on a high shelf that requires a chair to get to.
-
That's how I make my cereal. Pour milk, put on scale, zero out, add cereal, record and zero out, add fruit, record and zero, add whatever nuts, record and zero. I put avocado on fresh Mozz cheese and I was curious about that as I slice it before hand. Today, I just weighed it before washing and cutting in half. Was…

The things on Facebook or Pinterest that say torch 500 calories in this 20 minute workout! Bull! I can run a 10K in 50 minutes and I *might* torch that many, who knows really and I'm about dead when I'm done. (Please don't judge my time now)

Thank you!

Great job! Keep it up!

Other than a few protein shakes or protein bars, nothing too terrible. I like most of the "homemade" things I've found here or Pinterest, like the egg/oatmeal pancakes. For a single ingredient, I don't like plain greek yogurt. Must mix it with vanilla or use a replacement for mayo in tuna and egg salads.
