I bought it years ago and keep it for the coverage and the sports. I have it in my patrol truck (Im a Game Warden) and my area of responsibility has terrible radio choices or quality so it was and still is a no brainer

Seeing my abs again for the first time in several months. Working on the side pork still, but every little bit helps.

I have had issues with my ITB and the only thing that I think has helped me is leg workouts, squats, leg lifts, etc, strengthening the hamstrings, quads, and calves has really been a life saver. Shoes also make a big difference. Best of luck to you!
