Stay on a deficit and focus on fat loss rather than weight loss. same thing happened to me as what the OP said but I also hopped on one foot twice, then shaved....strictly in that sequence....resultant loss.....4.2 lbs....so, tea, hop and shave your way to success....just sayin....maybe i'll write a book

you can get a lot of support and it does keep you straight with logging if you do it regularly. Best to make sure you are weighing your food and sticking to the plan because the app itself won't help with your food choices, you still get to make those but it's very helpful to show you what you are eating if you are logging…
