If you like beans, you can eat those in moderation to get protein and feel full. 1,200 calories seems impossible at first, but you have half the battle won because you don't eat meats. Welcome! I'm new too. I loved Windsor Pilates and wore out the DVD's. Now I use a Total Gym & recumbent bike at home. We live too far from a gym.

Thanks for asking this question! I've often wondered the same thing. I do a circuit on my Total Gym and alternate days with my recumbent bike. Sunday is my rest day.
