Hi My ARCs are a living document. I started put with the 3x5 now I have then on my phone and computer. I have added as time has gone on. Now, I am reading Beck's new book, "The Diet Trap". The BDS has been so helpful for me.

Hi. Another Becker here. I have troubles distinguishing when I am satisfied vs desire to continue to eat. that is where the portion sizes are helpful for me. Also waiting the 20 minutes after eating. Slowing down is hard, but it is getting easier. The phrase, "hunger is not an emergency", has been helpful.

I watched a great TED talk on youtube. Look for Eric Goodman. I watched the talk and did the exercises, helped my back. Good luck.

My breakfast is 2 TBSP of chia seeds, ground: 1 TBSP coconut oil; coffee-- all blended with a stick blender. Keeps me going.

Many people have had success with the LCHF diet. I am one of them. Congrats on achieving your goal.

HI, check us out at the low carb group. PMed you! I made a lovely olive taponade and a nice chicken liver pate'!! Made some nice mayo, too. Used macadamia oil.

how mant calories, how many carbs, other medical problems, are you drinking broth?

Love my scale. Daily user. It is a pretty cheap one. Got it at WalMart.

What else in your life is going on? What other medical issues do you have? What meds are you on? Are you going through some hormonal change? There may be other factors causing you to not sleep well other than your diet.
