  • If weighing all of the time isnt upsetting you then I dont see a problem with it. I only weigh myself once a week because if I dont see results I get upset. Its all up to the person. If it ever starts to bother you, then maybe you can start trying to do it less often. For now, dont worry about it :)

  • You can easily change recipes. If you find something that sounds good but there is something in there you dont like...dont use it. Most recipes call for onions...but I hate onions so I never use them. My boyfriend is even pickier about vegetables...if the recipe calls for a bunch of vegetables he doesnt like I replace them…

  • I think its definitely a personal preference. I'm one of those people that wake up hungry and I have to eat almost immediately. Its a bad situation if I don't. But if you don't feel the need to eat then don't. You could always have something small too if you tend to find yourself hungry way before lunch time.

  • I swear by cheat days! Its not like I eat boring all week. I eat decent things. But one day during the weekend I allow myself whatever I want, whether that be a lot of alcohol or brownies or chips or something. Without it I would probably lose my mind. Plus all week I look forward to that day.
