I've been there and losing the weight can be hard but you can do it. I've been insulin dependent for 7 years and always will be, but things have gotten so much better since I started taking care of myself.

Counting calories is amazing and logging it and seeing exactly what you're eating helps so much. I've lost over 60lbs. I've been using this app religiously for over a year.

I was in that boat for a long time. I did everything right. Diet, exercise, couting calories. You name it, i tried it. I needed something to kick start the weight loss so went to my diabetic specialist and got a prescription for phentermiene with no dosage increase and I haven't had any problem since. That was 2 years ago.…
