Exercise hit my target of 10,000 steps but didn’t eat great. Hopefully I will continue to feel better and get some more intense exercise in next week. I was surprised with my loss this week but being sick it was hard.

October 14 Track No Over calorie target for sure.Ate way too much watching the Steelers win Exercise, 14,000 steps and our game was canceled due to cold weather. Need desperately to shift back into gear. Hoops and volleyball season.

Thursday 10-4 Track, yes Under just barely Exercise, lost Championship playoff game feeling kind of low. Evening game rained out. 10,000 steps Next game Sunday. I was invited to play winter ball inside but it may interfere with work.
